Hi @hubthomas. I’m sorry to hear that. Can you provide some more information which will help us get to the bottom of why this may be happening in your environment?
- I’m assuming you upgraded to the current latest version: v3.2. Is that correct?
- Do you recall from which version you upgraded from?
- What particularly is preventing you from using the plugin anymore (blank screen, error message, etc.)?
- Did you add or remove any other plugins when you noticed that you couldn’t use our plugin anymore?
- Can you uninstall the non-working plugin and install a previous version? You can find previous releases here. Once you do this, let me know if the plugin becomes usable again.
