Plugin malfunction

Hello,
After trying to purchase a product there are two errors:

• The iframe doesn’t send to thank you page, instead it shows this: https://ibb.co/Kbcns3q – Even though I pasted the URL the plugins suggested in Tranzila interface: https://ibb.co/P1BQdZv
• The receipt shows this in the product description: https://ibb.co/JHg4gGm

What should I do?
