Plugin Management vs Plugin Commander in wp3

So, Plugin Commander works in wp3, plugin management does not.

Problem is, Plugin management is far superior in multi-site, as you can control what plugins a user is able to toggle and what plugins he does not see at all.

So, I’ve edited aaron edwards plugin management plugin to be wp3 compatible.
