Plugin Manager – Improved Page Layout suggestion

Looking at the page layout for the plugins list display, the Groups are sort of mid-way down the header part of the page.

When a plugin group is selected, the order is;

1) “Plugins: (name of selected group)”
2) Dashboard Notice (displaced to right, to align with right end of name of selected group above)
3) Gear Icon (settings adjuster)
4) All the Group tabs
5) Bulk Actions and Search – bar for the selected group.

An improved layout based narrowing down on point of interest, is;
2) Dashboard Notice (at top, full width available)
A) (optional extra) a Title formatted similar to (1) “Plugin Groups”
4) All the Group tabs
B) (optional extra) a Bulk Actions bar – for acting on “Groups”
1) “Plugins: (“in the”) (name of selected group) (“group”)”
3) Gear Icon (settings adjuster)
5) Bulk Actions and Search – bar for the selected group.

Additional features for visual cueing ;
i) 1) “Plugins: (“in the”) (name of selected group) (“group”)” , can be displayed in the same color as its group tab.
ii) The group tab, that currently has its plugins listed below, can be highlighted (e.g. colored border, or colored background).
