it does. Please check if 'map_meta_cap' => true, is set for every of your custom post types. You can check whether plugin is working the other way – activate bbPress as plugin and see that all its Topics and Replies (CPTs) are there – manageable by Map Cap plugin. If these are listed and your CPTs are not – than your CPTs need tuning. I.e. setting 'capability_type' and 'map_meta_cap'
