[Plugin: MapPress Easy Google Maps] Avatars as marks?

Hello Chris, great plugin, I’m currently testing on my website and keen to buy the pro version as soon I solve my issues.

I’ve two questions that can be useful for others too:

1)Can I associate a marker to each user, the best would be to the relative avatar.
2)Can I list the marks below the map as categories check-boxes and when selected will call the relative posts?
3)What happen with a crowded map?Is there any marker clustering? How are they loaded?
