[Plugin: MapPress Easy Google Maps] MapPress Not Working After 2.8.6 Upgrade

  • Hi,

    Absolutely love MapPress and the features it provides, it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

    However, after upgrading to version 2.8.6 of WordPress, MapPress has not been working. When I go to a page that I’d like to insert a map on, enter the addresses into it, and then click publish page – all of the entered addresses disappear and the map does not appear.

    Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
    Any idea how to resolve this?

    I ended up downgrading to version 2.8.5 of WordPress, and while it seemed to work for a short while the problem is now back.

    I tried uninstalling all plug-ins and using the default theme without any luck.

    Any ideas??

    I wish that I had read this *before* entering a ton of addresses and watching them disappear. *sigh*

    The issue doesn’t seem to happen if you input the addresses with Internet Explorer.
