[Plugin: MathJax-LaTeX] Enable custom configuration

thanks for providing this plugin!

Is it possible for you to enable users to pass options to MathJax if it is used via the distributor’s CDN? Apparently, it can be done via inline calls to some function of theirs.

In particular, I want to change alignment of displaystyle math to something resembling fleqn, namely:

displayAlign: "left",
displayIndent: "2em"
