[Plugin: MATRIX GALLERY] Bought – but still got trial version

I bought the plug-in. It’s a nice plug-in. I downloaded from the link they gave me after purchase and installed. However, it still has the trial version image that overwrites my images and links to their website.
The e-mail given for support bounces back as invalid.
