[Plugin: Maven Member] Category Archives page

Hello.

I’ve been testing the plugin with the Twenty Eleven theme. When I browse the ‘Category Archives’ page of a protected category, the inline login form shows only in the first post listed.
How can I include the form in all the posts listed in these archives pages or hide it in all of them?
