[Plugin: Maven Member] Urgent – activation required page – blank

Hi,
Registered users which are not active yet . When they try to login they are redirecting to https://www.xyz.com/wp-login.php URL and browser showing blank page.
Even from backend when I change the activation page url its not working its only redirecting them to wp-login.php blank which is weird.
Please check this function as fast as you can
