Did you recently update the plugin? If so, try deactivating and then re-activating the plugin.

Thank you. Yes, I did try that after reading the solution on Google.
The boxes don’t even respond. I can change the color of the button. I just cannot add the text and background shading.

    Which boxes aren’t responding?

4 boxes: Text Shadow, Text Shadow Hover, Gradient End, Gradient End Hover.
When I move the cursor, no change occurs in the Button Output sample.
The color changes in each cursor box, but it does not reflect in the Output. This is how I first experienced the product. But a few days ago, it suddenly allowed me to make those changes. They held for one day, then went away, and now I can’t retrieve them or re-do them.
Thank you for your help … I really like those buttons!!!

So it’s the colorpicker buttons? Sounds like a possible javascript issue, maybe from a conflict with another plugin, but hard to say for sure without seeing it in action.

I know there is only so much you can do from “over there”, and my computer-speak is limited. I updated the plug-in, updated Java, and tried deactivating other plug-ins. What keeps coming back is that it really only worked that one day, and I have no idea what was different on that one day. Oh well. Thanks for the suggestions.
