Plugin meets requirements

Hi, I’m thinking of implementing this plugin and I was wondering if this meets all my requirements.

Basically what I’m looking to do is: have users who are logged into my WordPress website go live. I understand I need to get a separate server to handle the load on my website. Will this plugin do the trick?
