[Plugin: Members] Create Role to Limit Posting to Specific Category

I have found a plug in that allows me to limit a contributor’s/author’s post to a specific category, but you need to do this user by user.

Is there a way to create a category with all the normal contributor abilities, but limit them to posting to one specific category? This way, I just put the user into a category instead of adjusting each user individually.
