• When I go to Members List > Configure Mark-up and add a field, it works fine.

However, when I select any field to edit it, I get a subtle error message stating that “There was an error while processing your request. Please try again.”

Unfortunately, I’m not finding any JS error in the console so not sure how to track it down. Anyone have any ideas?

  • That message is thrown when an ajax post request is sent to update the data and the order of the meta fields. You get that error message when the ajax request returns an error. Are you testing on a live site?

    I do.
Sorry for jumping in but this is exactly my problem.
by trying to drag an drop the order of the mark-up I am getting this error message.
I’ve tested in different browsers (FF, Opera and IE) – but nothing changed.

Using current WordPress 2.9.2 and Plugin as well
