[Plugin: Members List Plugin] Search two different fields?

I have two fields “first name” and “last name” using “User meta” fields…
searching a first name “John” gets a result, searching a last name “Smith” gets a result, but if I search first & last name i.e: john Smith , I get “0 members found” how do I overcome this so a full name can be searched?
