[Plugin: Members Only] cn search engine see if i install members only ?

  • Hi Mihir,

    As Members Only executes before the page is rendered, so it should stop spiders from crawling the site – which in most cases would be the desired effect.

    If you want to your blog and it’s content to show up on a search engine whilst using Members Only, I would suggest using a Google Sitemap Plugin, as this shouldn’t be effected by Members Only.

    owite !!

    i was asking this as most of the ppl may want search engine spider to check pages, when they dont want non-members to see the content ..

    though it can also mean google catch will have ur content for ppl to see. .

    or may b an option to show half content to non-members ..
