[Plugin: Members Only] WordPress 3.0 and Custom Menus

I am trying to use the members only plug-in with WP 3.0 and custom menus. I need to block access to the entire site and have it set up to redirect any visitor to the about page, where I tell them they must register to access content.

It works fine, but I am using the new custom menu feature and I have a page which is displaying the event category, which it is not blocking access to.

Any ideas?
