[Plugin: Membership] Can't Update PayPal Settings

When attempting to add in my PayPal email address to the “PayPal Express – with Single Payments” settings and “PayPal Express – with Subscriptions” settings, I get the dreaded WP error page, “Are you sure you want to do this?” after clicking the “Save Changes” button. I have enabled php errors and wp-debug mode, but it doesn’t reveal any issues.

I’ve also tried to find the setting in the DB and just edit it directly, but I haven’t found it yet.

Any ideas?
