Plugin menu

Hi,

I want to have plugin active in WPUM but need to remove entry from
users admin menu.

remove_submenu_page( ‘options-general.php’, ‘options-general.php?page=nextend-facebook-connect’ );

does not work. What is the way to hide this menu without changing the code?
