Plugin messes up Menu bad

I’m sorry you’re running into this issue @bpasko. The problem seems to be a conflict between the theme and the volunteer management plugin. It looks like for some reason your theme is using a function called wp_trim_words() which “trims text to a certain number of words and returns the trimmed text.” For some reason, that function is used in your menu to shorten the number of words used for each menu item. I don’t know how comfortable you are with PHP code, but your best bet would be to remove that function from the place where your theme uses it in the menu. That should eliminate the additional “…Find Out More” text.
