Plugin Messing up Menus

I have used this plugin for years and it has worked very well. But is now hiding one of the menu items for a new page I created in the main menu (a page). It is a sub-menu item.

I deleted the page, recreated it, renamed the title and slug, but it still doesn’t show up on the menu. I changed themes to twenty twenty but still nothing. I also disabled every single plugin except TML but it still hides the sub-menu item while showing an additional one I created afterwards.

But when I disable TML the menu works 100% fine and all items show, even with all other plugins activated. This is a fresh WordPress installation on a local machine.
