[Plugin: Meta Tag Manager] Feature request: add link rel and sizes

I love the META TAG MANAGER and I have a feature request.

Apple devices are pinging sites looking for icons of various sizes.

EX: link rel=”apple-touch-icon” sizes=”114×114″ href=”/i/icon.png”

It would be nice to add this to the plugin.
