It looks like you’ve got a small error in your plugin data.
The listing has “Tested up to: 7.2”, this should be the wordpress version so hopefully it is 4.9.8 right now.
The 7.2 should presumably be against PHP Version.

Also it would be great to have a bit more clarity on what we get in the free plugin vs the paid plus version. From an initial scan of both this listing and the external site I don’t have enough information to help me choose.

  • Hello Dave,

I hope that is your name judging from your username. ??
Thank you for the heads up on the error in the plugin metadata. I see you are right that 7.2 should be relating to the PHP version it’s tested up to. I will change that in the coming release, which is coming very soon I may add.

Thank you also for providing feedback on the feature comparison of the free vs the paid version. You are right that we need to be a lot more clear on this. I have created a basic comparison table, and I am not sure if you have seen this, so maybe it should be more prominent on the website: https://easy-code-manager.com/compare
I have begun experimenting with animated GIFs as usage videos and I plan to add a lot more of these for each feature. I did create one on the homepage.

I would be happy to hear any other feedback you have.
Can you tell me if you managed to install the free version and test it?

    Thanks for your time.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Dave,

We have just released Easy Code Manager 1.2.1. This has a number of fixes including a blank screen fix on the Easy Code Manager dashboard and a few other improvements. Also the plugin meta data should now be fixed.

Thanks again for alerting us to this one.

    Kind Regards,
    Damian Baker
