[Plugin: Metaverse ID] Parse error

  • I uploaded the Metaverse ID folder to /wp-content/plugins with 0755 permission.

    Whenever I try to activate it, it gives the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /XXXX/XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXXX/XXXX/wp-content/plugins/metaverse-id/mv-id.php on line 28

    Googling abit, it shows that it’s a PHP4/5 issues.

    Any help?
