I’m trying out the sidebar widget for meteor slides. It works but the image is pushed the left of the widget and I’d prefer it to be centered.

I’ve tried typing things like center, aligncenter align:center in the metadata box which does center the image… but it stays frozen on the first image.

Is there a better phrasing I can use to center it and keep the animation moving?

Thanks for all your work on a great plug-in. ??

Hi, the metadata box can only be used for adding certain metadata to change the options of the jQuery Cycle plugin.

To change the layout of the slideshow, you need to use CSS, adding it to your theme’s stylesheet. Depending on your theme you might be able to center it with auto margins, or you might have to specify the left and right margins to center it in the column.

If you can post a link, I can tell you how to do this.

I’ve moved the plugin to a location where the CSS limits the width, so it looks centered. Thanks for the clarification.
