    Hi!

Again your plugin is very nice!

I have 2 questions about it though:

    1. is it possible to add a ‘text’ on the slide? any plugin allowing this?

    2. is it possible to link the photos to the slides via a URL, I mean to put the photos in the ftp directory and link them instead of loading them in wordpress?

    Thank you!

Hi again Corrinne! Yes, you can add a caption using a custom slideshow template.

It isn’t possible to use images stored outside WordPress though. The slide images are featured images, which have to be added to the media library.

Awesome, I will try this out!

    Another question yet…

How do I resize vertical images or panoramic images? will the slideshow adapt vertically?

Thank you for your good and fast answers!

No, the slideshow will be a fixed size, narrower slides will be centered, wider or taller slides will be cropped. I think you get the best results by prepping all the slide images to the same dimensions in an image editor first though.
