    It looks like you already have all your projects in a slideshow, I’m not sure how well slideshows within a slideshow would work, especially with two different slideshow scripts.

    You would have to look at the theme’s template and see what content it is loading for each project. Probably it is not load the_content, which is what is needed for the slideshow shortcode. it is maybe only use a featured image or the_excerpt.
