[Plugin: Mini twitter feed] Not working anymore

Maybe I am being thick, quite possible as I am new to wordpress. I downloaded the plug in Mini Twitter Feed, fine done. Then substituted my username in the various fields – also done. But I can not see the feed on my wordpress site?? I looked in Widgets section and there is no minifeed there. What am I doing wrong here?

Since, it is also only showing the header and footer of the feed.

I know the plugin itself must be working because it is working on my other site (hexicraft.com) and on the mini twitter website.

You need to change the version of jQuery. You are using 1.4.2 version and it needs the 1.7.1+ to work.

My wordpress version is 3.4.2 (latest), is the plugin not yet compatable with this?

The WordPress version is fine. You just need to change the JQuery version that you use.

I don’t use JQuery…

What am i supposed to do, step by step, ‘Change JQuery version’ means nothing to me, since as far as i am aware JQuery is bundled with WordPress..

Can you actually help me at all or what?

The Twitter API has been recently updated and this started to affect some of our WordPress websites that use the GoodLayers Twitter Widget. It seemed to be affecting other twitter widgets as well.

This plugin works.. with jQuery 1.7.1+. On your website you use jQuery 1.4.2. I think one of your plugin is in conflict. Try to deactivate your plugins and activate just minitwitter, it should work.

I have problem from my mobile.
I try this minitwitter.webdevdesigner.com
And not actually the plugin, just a script embed.
I try to embed the line of jquery above from header and with
few codes on where to display tweets.
Then in my mobile, i try to check it out but then it display
nothing and sometimes it works, and most of the time it’s
not visible. I wonder why it goes like that.? It’s not visible
already from my mobile, there are some other time it displays
but once you refresh it, it’s not showing anymore. Any advice?

I’m having problems with the Minitwitter feed not showing on my site, it was working for a month straight and now all I get is the minitwitter header and the twitter bird footer. I checked the header and this is only one instance of the jquery, I check the twitter username to make sure and I checked the shortcode you described on the plugin webpage. All seems to be in place, but Im not seeing anything and again it was working yesterday.

Any help would be great thanks.
