  • Now that’s what I call service. Fantastic work. Seriously. Quick one though, for some reason the rss feed when you put feed details, for some reason there’s a \ before ‘s, soo %site_name%’s Asides as a parameter will return something like:

    site name\’s Aside

But apart from that ROCKING plugin.

hmm. thanks for the heads up. to those who need this bug squashed, redownload 0.2.9.

    BauB,
You are the man. You were correct, there was a problem with the feed, but as soon as I updated with 0.2.9 it was all peachy again. Thanks again for your hard work, bug squashing, and feature adding quickness.

See now that’s just too cool for words, now if only someone could step up and make a comment/trackback/ping seperator plugin I’d be a happy bunny :). Thanks BauB for all the efforts.

    BauB,
I was meaning to ask this in a previous post, how hard would it be to support these two plugins so they show up in the correct places (see screeny below):

    Screenshot

One is the spelling checker plugin found Here

The other is RunPHP found Here

No worries if it would be to difficult though.

bah! copy and paste the screenshot link into your address bar otherwise you will see my hotlinking image :p

The spelling checker plugin would have to be modified to recognize the page it’s on and know what element it would need to be positioned before. RunPHP is the same.

@shawn: Spell checker is no problem to add support for (in fact, Miniblog 0.3 has it), but RunPHP was specifically engineered to work with posts ?? It would take quite a hack for me to add it to Miniblog.

Perhaps later I can build the ability to do the same thing as RunPHP does into Miniblog?

Btw: 0.3 is out. It has a beginner-friendly function. Check it out if you don’t like the unweildy use of foreach() in your templates.

    BauB,
Man, you are so quick at getting things done. I commend you for your swift work.

Thank you for adding support for the spell check plugin. I did notice however that the same check spelling button is down in the corner as per the screenshot in my above post as well as where it should be?

I understand about the RunPHP suppot. But yeah that would be great if you could implement your own type of function like that.

The spell check button at the bottom is collateral. The plugin puts it there. There’s no way I can remove it via scripts. The important thing is that it’s now in a spot where it can be useful.

    BauB,
It is no problem at all, just wanted to be sure it was not just an oversite. Thank you again.

It’s been a while, but Miniblog 0.4 is out. It fixed some pretty serious bugs that took a while to find. I’m working on single pages, archives, and comments, but no promises.

Just a note: update! There’s some major security fixes in 0.4.

If you find any more, please let me know.

BauB – this may not be your plugin, but I’m stumped as to the cause:
    https://www.tamba2.org.uk/T2 <—–looks fine
    https://www.tamba2.org.uk/T2/wp-stats.php <—–errors

Anything I can do to track the error ?
I’m running 1.5.1. This happened with .3 and now .4

    Any help gratefully received ??

Hmm… I’m not quite sure off hand, but if you could paste the URL to the plugin or file (I don’t have that), I can look into it. Judging from the errors, it could be a variable conflict that I can solve in 041.

I posted yesterday in case it was one of the others I had installed after yours:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic.php?id=29933
As you can gather, I’m still stumped !
