Plugin misconfiguration for custom taxonomy

I have setup WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter along with WOOF by Category Plugin. The configuration and combination was working fine. But from last few days it has stopped working for custom taxonomy. Here are implementations:

https://raahi.in/product-category/t-shirts/ & https://raahi.in/product-category/notebooks/ – Working fine for product category

https://raahi.in/collection/chandigarh/ – Filters not showing up custom taxonomy.
