    =============

    This error still occurs if I deactivate all plugins except Nextgen Gallery and switch to TwentyEleven theme.

    The plugin is still working, but I have no access to the plugin to adjust any settings or add any new galleries or images, etc.,

    Thanks for any ideas.

    Thank you very much for including that information @jimlongo, very helpful! We have had issues in the past with the Canvas theme, but that should be resolved now. What may need to happen is a reset of the plugin tables (you won’t lose your galleries, it’ll just clear any stored cached data in the plugin tables and restore the global settings to their default). Since you can’t access the plugin options, you’ll need to install an additional plugin of ours. Would you mind sending us a bug report here, including your info above and mention of this reset plugin you’d like to install and run: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug . This should resolve this issue.
