• I searched the forums and did a Google search for this specific issue but couldn’t find the answer; any help would be appreciated! The situation:

On the site I manage, https://www.pathuston.com, I installed the calendar plugin Time.ly, which works pretty well, on the Events and Programs page. I have it on my own site. For some reason it VANISHED from the https://www.pathuston.com site. It no longer appears on the plugin page, nor the Plugin Editor page dropdown box “Select plugin to edit”. It’s GONE. I can’t find it anywhere.

When I try to re-install the Time.ly plugin I get the following message: “Install failed: Destination folder already exists. /home/content/67/8461067/html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/”

How do I either make the plugin available, or find this home page location so I can delete the folder and re-install the plugin? Anyone now why this might have happendd?

you can delete it via the server cpanel or an ftp client (filezilla or cyberduck for mac). just navigate to wp-content -> plugins -> tim.ly plugin folder and delete that folder then reinstall the plugin.

if you get anymore issues with it then you’ll need to contact the deveopers directly to seek assistance, it’s their code!
