[Plugin: More Fields] Feature Request: TINYMCE options

  • Hey guys, great job on the new version of More Fields. I was a big fan of the plugin back in the 2.5 – 2.7 days but lost touch for a while. Glad to be back.

    On suggestion is to add some options of hooks for more advanced users. For instance, it would be nice to be able to add and remove buttons from the tinyMCE without having to have the plugin files. A simple settings field where the buttons could be overridden via a string of comma separated values might be convenient.

    Just a thought. I’m happy to submit my hack to the core if you want.

    Another feature would be the ability to set the “priority” on the meta box.

    Again, great work.

  • You could create your own field type, since the plugin itself has kind of a plugin architecture.

    Oh, I know and figured that out, just thought it might be something worth adding to the UI.
