• I bought the pro version for $49. I installed it and at first it wasn’t actually attaching any files to my products. I contacted support and Jitendra the developer had to update the plugin to make it work. I then asked for an option to remove the “No attachments… yet!” line of text from the email receipts. I was told to pay up for it. I’m not a coder but figured it out myself digging through their files and removed two simple lines of code. Even just some direction to do it myself would have been sufficient. I have been working with WordPress plugin developers for 6 years and have never been asked to pay for a such a simple change. I am very disappointed with the support from this plugin developer and will not be purchasing any of their other plugins.

    We understand your concern with the query, and it resolved after removing the code by you. That is correct!

    Right now, the solution is working, but the reason behind suggesting the paid customize option is because we wanted to resolve this for a lifetime. So you do not have to worry every time to remove the code, whenever there is an update from the plugin in the future.

    Also, as we have shared with ticket thread, the charges are calculated if customize time takes more than 1 hour, else there will be no charge to the customer.
