[Plugin: mTouch Quiz] Quizzes broken after updating to WP 3.4.2

Hi! My quizzes were working fine until I updated to WP 3.4.2. Now instead of the nice quiz displays, I am seeing some of the placeholders instead. (Example: “You scored %%SCORE%% out of %%TOTAL%%. %%RATING%%” is showing on the page when it loads and the questions are no longer clickable to choose an answer.)

Any ideas?
