[Plugin: mTouch Quiz] Several Issues using IE and Firefox

  • Hello, I have a client using this plugin and they told me they can’t create a quiz without being tossed out of the admin area upon clicking SAVE. They have tried in both IE9 and Firefox. I’ve gone in using Safari, Firefox and Chrome and have had NO issues with this plugin. They are not only unable to save a quiz, but they report not being able to change the Quiz name once it’s created (since they cold not create the quizzes, I went in and set up test quizzes and when they attempted to change the quiz name, they got booted out of the admin area entirely). Once a quiz is created, they can add questions, but they cannot create a quiz on their own without being logged out.

    Can anyone suggest something that might have to do with a setting on their laptop? Strangely enough, it’s not isolated to one laptop; there are two employees on two different laptops reporting the same issue. They can move around in the WordPress admin screens just fine until they get into MTouch.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated; I’m trying to troubleshoot on a MAc, from a different state ??

    Others have experienced this in the past. It has always been due to a conflict with another plugin. I recommend you disable all other plugins and see if the problem persists. You can reactivate them one at a time to determine what the conflict is and report back.
