[Plugin: MU Manage Comments Plugin] activate or network activate?

    Oh, and would you mind modifying the plugin so that it shows a link to its settings page i.e. like this one does: https://screencast.com/t/9yTRYJBX
    The reason for this is that I just spent 20 minutes looking for the menu that the plugin creates until I found it.

    I tried activating it and network activating but both methods report:

    No comments found in Spam & Pending comments

    although I know and have double checked that I do indeed have blogs with pending/spam comments.
