[Plugin: Multi-column Tag Map] Only show top-level categories/taxonomies

When listing out the terms of a taxonomy, I noticed that it lists everything, including child categories/taxonomies. Is it possible to incorporate the “parent” argument, so that you can set it to “0” and only display the top level terms?
