[Plugin: MultiPress Autoblogging plugin] autoblogging too fast

Hi There i found that when i downloaded the multi-press auto blogging plugin and did the settings that i had over 45 different postings to my blog almost immediately, is there a way to schedule the updates so that it will automatically post only 1 or 2 posts a day?
