[Plugin: Multisite User Management] Multisite users subscription details

  • I have installed the Multisite user management and the Subscribe2 plugin on my network.

    The users seem to copy across find throughout all the sites.
    However none of the users receive email notifications of new blog posts etc (which is controlled by the Subscribe2 plugin).

    To get notifications to work I have to add users email addresses manually to the subscriber list, which results in duplicate entries.

    Now I don’t know whether or not this is something to do with the subscribe plugin not working correctly,

    or

    whether when the uses are copied across the sites the subscription details aren’t copied with them.

    Can anybody help?

    I’m not sure how the Subscribe2 plugin works, but it is likely that the Subscribe2 plugin adds a piece of user meta for each user that should receive email, MSUM doesn’t touch any user meta. MSUM only assigns a role to each user.
