[Plugin: My Content Management] How to hyperlink the {_url} in Testimonials

Not sure what I am missing but how do you get the {_url} to be hyperlinked in the testimonials?
The example is on https://kissaskreations.com/marykay/about-us/testimonials/
and my Full Template is
<h2>{title}</h2>
{_title} ~ {_url}
{content}

P.S. I love this plugin! Just what I was looking for after installing and uninstalling several other plugins for testimonals and portfolio. Got my FAQ setup and it is perfect.
