[Plugin: Navayan Subscribe] eliminate form display after register

Hi,

Is there a way to eliminate the display of the form once a user registers? We tested the plugin in our sidebar and once a user registers the form disappears and a thank you message is displayed. However if the user navigates to another page the form appears again. All pages have the same sidebar so it would be great if once the user registers the form is not displayed again on any page (possible replaced by blank space or some text value provided on the setup page).
