• (1) I,m Using Woo-Sms Since Last 1.5 Years .. In Start It Was Okay Our Customers Were Getting All Sms Notifications .. But Things Change From Last 8-10 Months, We Are Getting Many Complains From Our Customers That They Are Not Receiving Our Msgs .. In Delivery Details Shows Msg Delivered But In Actual Its Not ..

    After Complains We Have Tested Ourself .. We Sent A Total Of 5 sms To Our Own Numbers, In Which We Were Able To Receive Only 1 Sms. So Definitely They Need To Improve Their Gateway.

    (2) After Updating To Their New Plugin I Have Noticed That We Need To Login Every Time When We Open The Woo-Sms Module From Dashboard .. It Should Save Our Login Details Like The Older Version .. Also A Minor Issue Which I Noticed That After Editing The Customer Sms We Need To Hit Save Button Twice Otherwise Message Will Not Save ..

    Please Solve These Issues So I Can Change My Rating To MAX Thank You!

    Regarding issue (2)

    Yesterday we have updated WooSMS module and issues related to logout and the necessity to hit SAVE button twice in Customer SMS tab has been fixed. Please update to the latest version and test it in your store. Your feedback will be appreciated.

    Regarding issue (1)

    This issue is related to PAKISTAN only. We received email from you on the 2nd of August 2018 and asked you to provide the smsID, but haven′t received your reply yet. Can you please send us smsID of the problematic SMS? We need smsIDs to escalate the issue with operator in Pakistan and operator needs to track the SMS in their system. Without smsID we can′t do anything because operator provides us info that SMS were successfully delivered. You can copy smsID in the HISTORY. Display detail of the SMS and double click on the smsID will mark it so you can copy it.
