Plugin needed – links database

Hello

I’m looking for a plugin that can automatically add hyperlinks to specific words in a post. So basically a small links database that you create. For example, every time I type Nikon D300, my affiliate hyperlink would automatically be added without having to manually copy/paste it.

Does this already exist? ??
