Plugin Network Activate Causes error

  • Hi, everybody hope you are all fine
    I have WordPress Multisite Install in my Site
    and the issue is that whenever i try to network activate the plugin
    I get this error

    Warning: fopen(/home/fusioniu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/1538062818): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fusioniu/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4848

    Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/fusioniu/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4851

    Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/fusioniu/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4854

    if i network activate one plugin i get error one time
    if i network activate two plugins i get error two times
    if i network activate three plugins i get error three times

    and so on….

    and the most important i forgot to add
    is that this error is only displayed in wp-admin of main site only and not on subsites
