[Plugin: Network Publisher] Doesn't mention it's a paid service

In order to get services like Delicious and Diigo to work, you need to “upgrade” your account to a paid version. Even though there’s no documentation to that effect when you download the plugin. The LinksAlpha website just shows little dollar symbols next to the services that you might actually use. Shady.
