Plugin never loads.

    Hello,

    I choose and name “header” for a Template, enable layout for Elementor Canvas Template, and click “Edit with Elementor”.

    The “Loading” icon shows and the green loading line at the top shows up and slowly acts like it’s doing something. It goes to the end after a minute and never loads the Elementor page.

    I click the “Back” button and it goes back to the previous page.

    When I try the Error Log, nothing shows because it never goes far enough to create a legitimate error so I don’t know what’s causing it.

    1. I’ve deactivated every plugin except Elementor and the Header/Footer/Blocks plugins
    2. I’m using the Astra theme and switched to the OceanWP but nothing changed
    3. I’ve used this multiple times on different sites on the same host with no issues.
    4. PHP version is 7.3.7

    I don’t know what’s wrong and it just will NOT load to create headers/footers. Any suggestions?

    I sent a support ticket and they got back immediately asking for login info. I sent it. 2 days later, nothing. Resent the previous email and STILL, no response. Thanks for the zero support. I deleted the login and deactivated the app.
