[Plugin: New Blog Defaults] No sub-menu created after plugin activation [wp 3.3.1 mu activated]

Hi all,
I activated the plugin in my wordpress multisite web site, but nothing appears, nor a settings->sub-menu neither a new sub-menu.I’m working with a wordpress 3.3.1 version, with multiuser just activated.
