[Plugin: New URL Mover] dashboard widget ?

Hi,
(using WP 3.1.3 French + Arras as Theme)I can’t find the widget you mention in the dashboard. I can only see the 2 entries for URLs in main parameters:
Adresse web de WordPress
Adresse web du site (URL)I pasted in those entries my new URL and I deactivated the plugin so far..
